Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Wednesday, May 21, 9:00 AM (CST)
Entries Close: Wednesday, July 2, 5:00 PM (CST)
Entry Fee: $350
Eligibility: Entries are open to female amateur golfers with a certified WHS handicap.
Entry Procedure: Along with the exemptions, entries will be accepted by lowest handicap. When the event becomes over booked, a wait list will be created.

- Previous Year WTA Semi-finalist
- Previous Year Women’s Stroke Play Top 3 Finishers
- Previous Year Senior Women’s Stroke Play Top 2 Finishers
- Previous Year Junior Girls Champion
- Previous Year Girls Invitational Champion
- Previous Year Women’s Player of the Year
- Previous Year Senior Women’s Player of the Year
- Previous Year Junior Girls Player of the Year
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: Play will be contested over 54 holes of stroke play. The low 30 handicaps will be requried to play in the Championship division from the Championship yardage. Any player outside the Top 30 can declare to play the Championship flight. All others will play in the flights division from the shorter tees. The Flights division is pre-flighted based on handicap.
Practice Round Information: Each player is allowed one (1) complimentary practice round on Thursday, July 10. Players will sign up for a practice round time via Golf Genius. Details about Golf Genius sign up will be provided as the event gets closer.
Registration Information: Registration will take place at Tapatio Springs on Thursday, July 10 at a time TBD.
Starting Times/Pairings Information: Starting times/pairings for the first round will be made no later than Monday, July 7th. Starting times/pairings for subsequent rounds will be available the evening before the next round.
Caddies: Caddies are permitted and must adhere to all Women’s Competitions Policies and host club policies.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure: Prior to the entry deadline players looking to withdraw should do so online through their Golf Genius user profile or by contacting the TGA Staff Contact directly. After the entry deadline has passed players should either call the Texas Golf Association at (214) 468-8942 or email the TGA Staff Contact directly. Only withdrawals on the day of the competition should be directed to the host club golf shop.
Transportation: Players may walk or ride at their own discretion. Cart fees are included in the players entry fee. The TGA ‘One-Seat’ Policy is in effect. Spectators must walk at all times.
Medical Cart: Spectators in accordance of ADA compliance may request golf carts. Requests for golf carts must be supported by complete documentation, including the fully-completed Cart Request Form and the required accompanying medical documentation specified in that form for all first-time requests. Any medical cart request that is granted by the TGA will be good for that individual for the remainder of that calendar season. A request will not be deemed complete until all required information and documentation has been provided. For further information and details contact Chris Untiedt, Senior Tournament Director.
Score Posting: The TGA will post all scores for individual stroke play events to players GHIN number. Players are asked to not post scores for individual TGA stroke play events as it will result in a duplicate posting.
