This event sells out every year and it is the one time we offer this unque playing format.  A classic Perry Maxwell designed golf course. The Golf Club of Dallas is a place with a great history. What is now the Byron Nelson Classic was held here in the 1950s. The likes of Sam Snead, Julius Boros and Bert Yancey collected trophies here.

You have been asking for this course for the last few years and here it is!  Arlington Golf and the Texas Rangers have partnered to build the world’s only Major League Baseball-branded golf course — the Texas Rangers Golf Club — which opened in 2019.  Site of the Korn Ferry Tour’s Veritex Bank Championship, the course earned “Best New Course” acclaim by the Dallas Morning News in 2020, and was also named the second-best renovation in the world by Golf Inc., in 2019.

We are back for another year!  If you know you know.  A true hidden gem tucked away in Lipan, TX just southwest of Fort Worth.  Built in 1988 by course designer Phil Lumsden, Sugar Tree is a shot-maker’s course.  Tree lined fairways provide a challenging layout which requires well thought out shots both off the tees and into the greens.  Add in elevation changes and receptive greens and golfers of all abilities will enjoy the scenic layout.  Sugartree also has one of the best stay and play set-ups anywhere with on-site lodging and access to their short course.

Renovated and reopened in late 2024, Cedar Creek is no ordinary golf course! This hidden gem, located north of Loop 1604 off Kyle Seale Parkway on the northwest side of San Antonio, offers a true Hill Country golf experience. Originally designed by Finger Dye Spann, Inc. and opened in 1989, Cedar Creek delivers a memorable and challenging round of golf with its rolling hills and stunning vistas.  The San Antonio Open is hosted annually at Cedar Creek Golf Course, which was also a former site for local U.S. Open qualifiers.

Tillinghast, one of the most prolific architects in the history of golf, Cedar Crest Golf Course continues to be a favorite of Dallas golf enthusiasts. With its rolling terrain, greenside bunkers, and tree-lined fairways, every golfer gets an opportunity to compete as Walter Hagen did, the winner of the 1927 PGA Championship.

It has been a few years but we are returning to one of our favorite layouts.  The Canyons course is freash off a complete bunker renovation in 2022.  Due to the differing topography, the Pete Dye-designed Canyons course, paired with Greg Norman’s Oaks course, respectively complement one another with each course encompassing their own unique look, feel and playing experience for both Members and resort guests to enjoy. While very different from the traditional, tree-lined Oaks course, the Canyons course stands on its own as a tournament venue in terms of design, strategy, and hill country beauty. The course played host to PGA TOUR Champions San Antonio Championship from 2011-2015.

Once again, you get the chance to play the tournament course just a few weeks before the pros. Home of the Texas Valero Open (April 2–6, 2025), TPC San Antonio opened in January, 2010 with two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by two of golf’s most innovative architects: Pete Dye and Greg Norman.  Both courses have played host to Tour events with The Oaks course serving as the venue for the PGA Tour’s Valero Texas Open since 2010. The Canyons course was the site of the San Antonio Championship, a PGA Tour Champions event.
