Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Tuesday, October 08, 2024, at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: Wednesday, November 06, 2024, at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $200 per team
Eligibility: This will be a partner event, and entries are open to female amateur golfers residing in Texas with a certified WHS Handicap Index.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: The format is a two-person 18-hole scramble. Teams select and play from the best shot until the ball is holed. Each team member must use a minimum of two tee shots on both the front and back nine. The net score is calculated by taking 35% of the low handicap plus 15% of the high handicap. The field is limited to 24 teams.
Whats Included: Green Fee, cart, and range fees for the round; Tee gift for each player; Two (2) drink tickets; Hors doeuvres following the round
Caddies: Caddies are not permitted.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure: Withdrawals before the deadline should be done online or by contacting the TGA Staff. After the deadline, contact the Texas Golf Association directly.
Transportation: Players may walk or ride. Cart fees are included. Spectators must walk.
Medical Cart: ADA-compliant spectators can request a cart with proper documentation. Submit requests using the Cart Request Form.
