Championship Information

Format: The format of play is a 36-hole Individual Stroke Play (Gross Only).

Field Size: 40-60

Practice Round Information: The practice round is included in the fee and the official practice round is Monday, October 7th. Please contact the pro-shop two weeks prior to the 7th to secure your practice round tee time. (972-466-9850).

Pairings: Pairings and more will be out closer to the event start.

Solo Rider Carts: We will have Solo Rider carts available. Please let Kelly Kilgo know if you need a Solo Rider Cart by September 16th.

Registration: Registration will be closing on September 19th. If you know anyone interested in participating, please ensure they complete their registration by that date.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel after 9:00 a.m. on October 1st, you are subject to losing your entry fee, unless we can fill the spot.We must guarantee players to the club at that time.

Transportation: Only one cart allowed per player. Caddie can ride with the player in that same cart.

Caddies: Each player will be allowed one caddie only. The caddie will ride with the player, unless the player is in a seated cart. If the player is a seated golfer, the caddie will ride in a separate golf cart. You must notify Kelly Kilgo by 10/1/2024 that you will have a caddie. You must bring your own caddie, as we will not provide them.
