TGA Next Step Program
Preparing students for their next step into a professional career in sports
TGA Next Step is a career development program that connects Texas college students interested in pursuing a career in the sports industry with hiring managers from leading golf organizations and companies.
Through this program, students will receive personalized guidance and support to enhance their resumes, improve their interview skills, and build the confidence needed to transition from college to the workforce.
Resume Reviews and Feedback: Receive expert advice on how to create a professional and impactful resume.
Mock Interviews: Participate in remote practice interviews to develop strong responses and gain confidence.

30th Annual National Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship
The Texas Golf Association has partnered with the Women In Golf Foundation to officiate the 2025 National Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship!
The National Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship, the organization’s signature fundraising event, will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2025.
This prestigious invitational brings together select women’s college teams to compete for the Renee Powell Cup, named in honor of trailblazing African American professional golfer Renee Powell.
Adaptive Golf
The TGA Adaptive Golf Program offers clinics, state qualifiers, and championships to individuals of all ages with physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments, whether they are experienced golfers or new to the game.
