TGA Next Step is a career development program designed to equip Texas college students with the tools and resources needed to pursue a career in the sports industry. The program connects students with hiring managers from top golf organizations and companies, offering personalized guidance to enhance their resumes, sharpen their interview skills, and build the confidence required to transition successfully from college to the workforce.

The TGA Adaptive Golf Program offers clinics, state qualifiers, and championships to individuals of all ages with physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments, whether they are experienced golfers or new to the game.

Providing beginner-friendly group clinics led by certified female instructors in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, as well as hosting an annual networking outing for women to connect and establish new relationships while enjoying the camaraderie of golf.
