Preparing students for their next step in golf

The TGA Next Step program prepares students for their future in golf by providing personalized tools, resources, and guidance.

Through one-on-one support, participants work directly with TGA hiring managers to receive tailored resume feedback that helps them present themselves professionally and effectively. Additionally, the program includes mock interviews where students can practice in a supportive environment, build confidence before real opportunities, and learn strategies for answering common questions while making a lasting impression.
