TGA Next Step is a career development program that connects Texas college students interested in pursuing a career in the sports industry with hiring managers from leading golf organizations and companies. Through this program, students will receive personalized guidance and support to enhance their resumes, improve their interview skills, and build the confidence needed to transition from college to the workforce. Once the application is submitted, a dedicated Texas Golf Association representative will reach out via email to connect the student with their assigned mentor.
