Nick Hance and Matthew Griggs lead North Four-Ball after Round 1

McKinney – Irving’s Nick Hance and Posper’s Matthew Griggs posted a first round score of six-under-par, 66 to grab the outright lead at the North Four-Ball at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club (Dye Course)

Leaderboard: Nick Hance and Matthew Griggs’ first round couldn’t have gotten off to much of a better start when the team made three birdies in their first three holes. Hance made a birdie on the first and third while Griggs contributed a birdie on the second, fifth and eighth hole. Their five-under-par front nine would have been good enough to have a share of lead had their round finished there. However, the pair added one more birdie of the 539 yard par 5 to take their total to six-under.
