Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $300
Eligibility: Players must have a current membership with a member of the Texas Junior Golf Alliance. Players can renew or sign up with the Northern Texas PGA or the Southern Texas PGA membership to be eligible.
Entry Procedure: Players will be added to the field according to the Priority Entry System immediately following the close of registration. For more information, please check LJT Eligibility & Entry Procedures on the LJT landing page.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: Play will be contested over 36 holes of individual stroke play. The field is limited to 84 players.
Divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 14 & Under, Girls 12-18
Practice Round Information: The official practice round date is Friday, September 27. Players will be responsible for making their own tee times with the club no earlier than seven days prior to the practice round date. Practice round fees are $35. Please call the golf shop at (817) 579-1811 to schedule an official practice round.

LJT Exemptions Available: Available tournament exemptions can be found on the under Exemptions on the LJT landing page.
Starting Times/Pairings Information
Starting times/pairings for the first round will be available Wednesday, September 25 by 3:00 PM online at txga.org. Final round starting times/pairings will be available in the evening preceding play online at txga.org.
Caddies
Caddies are NOT permitted for the championship. Rule 10.3a will be modified in this way: A player must not have a caddie during a round.
Rules of Golf
The Championship will be contested under the 2023 Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association and R&A, its interpretations and clarifications, 2024 Legends Junior Tour Local Rules and Terms of Competition. For more information on rules, visit the USGA Rules of Golf Hub.

Grace Jin wins the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur
BEE CAVE – Grace Jin of Huntsville wins the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur after defeating Emma McMyler 1 UP.
The sun rose on Spanish Oaks Golf Club in Bee Cave for the final match day of the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur. In her first time competing in the championship, Jin won 5 matches on the way to becoming the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur Champion joining an elite list of champions.
Jin, McMyler meet in Finals at the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur
BEE CAVE – No. 6 seeded Grace Jin of Huntsville and No. 8 Emma McMyler of San Antonio will face off in the final of the 103rd Women’s Texas Amateur.
Jin, a rising sophomore at Sam Houston State University would kick off her quarterfinal matchup against No.3 seed Veronika Exposito of The Woodlands. Jin would go 1 UP early and hold that lead in the match going into the back nine. Jin would lose No.10 but gain it right back on No. 11 and No.12. From there, Jin would march herself into the semifinals winning 4&3.
