Entry & Eligibility Information

Entries Open: May 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close / Withdraw Deadline: October 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $TBD per Individual

Eligibility: Entries are open to male and female Adaptive Golfers.

Entry Procedure: The field will be established in the order in which entries are received. 

Championship Information:

Format/Field Size: The field is limited to 70 players. The format of play is 36-hole Individual Stroke Play. One Caddie per player. TGA does not provide caddies

Practice Round Information: Practice Round Information will be emailed to you.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure: Prior to the entry deadline players looking to withdraw should do so online through their Golf Genius user profile or by contacting the TGA Staff Contact directly. After the entry deadline has passed players should either call the Texas Golf Association at (214) 468-8942 or email the TGA Staff Contact directly.

All Day: Practice Round Tee Times (You will receive an email with more information)
10:00 – 2:00: Registration (In Front Lobby). Please register in person.
6:00 – 8:00: Happy Hour – Welcome Party

Tuesday, October 21st
Sunrise: Practice Facilities Open
9:00: Round 1 – Tee Times start
After Play: Lunch Served

Wednesday, October 22nd

9:00: Round 2 – Tee Times Start
