Entry & Eligibility Information

Entries Open: May 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close / Withdraw Deadline: October 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $195 per Individual.

Players receive the following for $195: Access to free clinic/adaptive lessons on October 9th, 3 rounds of golf (1 practice round and 2 rounds of Championship), 2 lunches, Happy Hour on Monday, Snacks/drinks during play, Tee Gifts, awards for each flight and a fun atmosphere with a great tournament put on for the players.

Eligibility: Entries are open to male and female Adaptive Golfers.

Entry Procedure: The field will be established in the order in which entries are received. 

Championship Information:

Format/Field Size: The field is limited to 80 players. The format of play is 36-hole Individual Stroke Play. One Caddie per player. TGA does not provide caddies. There will be a flight for each sport class – please see link for sport class classifications – HERE. Also, each impairment category will have a women’s, men’s and senior flight (Men age 60+).

There will be an overall men, women and senior champion as well.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure: Prior to the entry deadline players looking to withdraw should do so online through their Golf Genius user profile or by contacting the TGA Staff Contact directly. After the entry deadline has passed players should either call the Texas Golf Association at (214) 468-8942 or email the TGA Staff Contact directly.

12:30 – 4:30: Registration (In Front Lobby). Please register in person.
