
Erin Flynn and Lili Taufa Capture Titles at the Women’s Eclectic
New Braunfels – Erin Flynn of League City, captured the Overall Gross Championship with an eclectic score of 65, 6-under par at The Bandit Golf Club in New Braunfels. Erin was able to improve her score on seven holes during Wednesday’s final round, helping her improve her score by 11 strokes. Flynn birdied holes 2, 12, 16 and 18.
Lili Taufa of Austin claimed the Overall Net championship with a sizzling Eclectic Net score of 59. Taufa bettered her score by 19 shots from day one to climb to the top of the Overall Net leaderboard winning a scorecard playoff.
FORMAT: The 108-player field will play a two-day, 36-hole individual Eclectic. Each player will take her better hole score on each over the two days. Gross and Net winners will be awarded.
GOLF COURSE: Located in New Braunfels-The Bandit Golf club is sculpted into the rolling terrain along Long Creek and the shores of Lake McQueeney. Designed by golf course architect Keith Foster, the challenging par 71 golf course features rolling fairways and challenging greens. It is consistently ranked among the Top Ten 18 – hole courses in the San Antonio area.
WEATHER: Tuesdays first round started under sunny skies. Temperatures rose into the high 80’s and provided a beautiful day for golf at The Bandit. Wednesday’s second round brought overcast skies and cooler temperatures.
WHAT’S NEXT: The 2025 Women’s Partnership Match Play will be played at White Bluff Resort (New Course) in Whitney, Texas April 28-30.
