Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $300
Eligibility: Players must have a current membership with a member of the Texas Junior Golf Alliance. Players can renew or sign up with the Northern Texas PGA or the Southern Texas PGA membership to be eligible.
Entry Procedure: Players will be added to the field according to the Priority Entry System immediately following the close of registration. For more information, please check the LJT Eligibility & Entry Procedures on the LJT landing page.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: Play will be contested over 36 holes of stroke play. The field is limited to 84 players.
Divisions: Boys, Boys 14 & Under, Girls
Practice Round Information: The official practice round date is Friday, September 25. Players may begin contacting the club beginning Friday, September 18 to schedule a practice round. Practice round fees are $45 walking.

Starting Times/Pairings Information
Starting times/pairings for the first round will be made no later than Wednesday, September 23. Pairings will be listed online on the tournament homepage at TXGA.org. Final round starting times/pairings will be available in the evening preceding play online at TXGA.org.
Caddies
Caddies are NOT permitted for the championship. Rule 10.3a will be modified in this way: A player must not have a caddie during a round.

Rules of Golf
The Championship will be contested under the 2023 Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association and R&A, its interpretations and clarifications, 2026 Legends Junior Tour Local Rules and Terms of Competition. For more information on rules, visit the USGA Rules of Golf Hub.
