Entry & Eligibility Information

Entries Open: Monday, October 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $300

Eligibility: Players must have a current membership with a member of the Texas Junior Golf Alliance. Players can renew or sign up with the Northern Texas PGA or the Southern Texas PGA membership to be eligible to play.

Entry Procedure: Qualified players will be sent an invitation to register.

Championship Information

Format/Field Size: Play will be contested over 54 holes of match play. The field is limited to 24 players.

Divisions: Boys 15 -18, Boys 14 & Under, Girls 12-18  Each team will consist of 8 Boys 15-18, 2 Boys 14 and Under and 2 Girls.  Players will be invited based on 2025 Player of the Year standings.

Practice Round Information: The official practice round date is Friday, November 6th. The North Team will have the the tee from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM and the South Team will have the tee from 12:40 PM – 1:00 PM . Practice round fees are $35 walking.

Starting Times/Pairings Information

Starting times/pairings for the first match will be announced during the practice rounds on Friday, November 6th. Pairings will be listed online on the tournament homepage. Subsequent matches will be announced throughout the event.

Rules of Golf

The Championship will be contested under the 2023 Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association and R&A, its interpretations and clarifications, 2026 Legends Junior Tour Local Rules and Terms of Competition. For more information on rules, visit the USGA Rules of Golf Hub.
